kot-wedding provides a wedding planning platform and vendor marketplace that enables couples to browse products, book vendors, and access planning tools. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time with reasonable notice.
You must provide accurate, complete information when creating an account and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. By placing an order, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. kot-wedding uses industry-standard encryption to process payments securely; we do not store full payment card details on our servers.
Physical products are shipped to the address provided at checkout; estimated delivery times are provided at purchase but are not guaranteed. For made-to-order and custom items, returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt if the item is defective or materially different from its description. Digital products and downloadable items are non-refundable once accessed.
Third-party vendors listed in our marketplace operate independently; kot-wedding facilitates the connection but is not a party to any agreement between you and a vendor. We are not liable for vendor services, quality, or fulfillment. Please review each vendor's own policies before booking.
All content on kot-wedding—including text, images, logos, and planning tools—is owned by or licensed to kot-wedding and protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission.
You agree not to use our platform for unlawful purposes, to transmit harmful or fraudulent content, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or to scrape or harvest data without permission. Violations may result in immediate account termination and legal action.
The kot-wedding platform and all content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, kot-wedding shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion if you breach these Terms or engage in conduct harmful to other users or the platform. You may close your account at any time by contacting [email protected]; outstanding obligations survive termination.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New York County.
